Hotline agreement
You can receive hotline from either your SuperOffice reseller or from Siteshop directly depending on to whom you have written a hotline agreement. You are of course welcome to contact us if you are uncertain about who this is..

Hotline is usually provided by either e-mail, phone or a remote connection to your PC.
